I teach foraging education, teaching safe plant identification and how to harvest food from the landscape.
I offer hands-on foraging education, teaching safe plant identification and how to harvest food from the landscape. I also conduct property plant surveys and host relaxed farm stays in the heart of Missouri.

Site Surveys, an on-site assessment of property plants, access, and terrain for safe foraging: I walk your land, identify what is growing, and note access and terrain considerations. I give you a customized plant guide and clear steps to use what you find.

Foraging Classes, hands-on workshops to identify and harvest wild edibles safely: I lead guided sessions for all experience levels. I teach safe harvesting techniques and how to prepare what you find.

I learned to read this land slowly by paying attention to what grows outside my door and how the seasons shift. Over years of tending fields and observing native plants, I gathered the practical knowledge that guides my work.
I share what I know because that knowledge belongs to the people who live alongside this place. I teach simple, seasonal practices that help others care for the land and use what it offers.
I write only when I have something useful to share. Expect occasional emails each season with clear, practical guidance and honest updates about the farm.
And that's just a peek at what we offer. Get more marketing tips straight to your inbox.
